How much does a mobile notary cost in Greenville?

Is online notarization legal in Texas?
Yes. Texas authorizes remote online notarization under Government Code Subchapter C, Chapter 406 (§§ 406.101–406.111). The notary must be physically in Texas; you may be anywhere. We perform these sessions on OneNotary, which supplies the two-way audio-video, credential analysis, and identity proofing Texas requires. Confirm with the receiving party that they will accept an online notarization before you book. Wills, codicils, and testamentary trusts cannot be notarized online.
Do you offer same-day mobile notary appointments?
Same-day appointments are often available during published hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM and Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM), subject to travel and existing bookings. Call (903) 458-9752 for the fastest response. We do not advertise 24/7 coverage.
How does online notarization work?
We send a OneNotary session link. You complete identity proofing and present a government-issued photo ID on camera. The notarization happens by secure two-way video. The online session is $31 flat under § 406.111. No travel fee applies. The audio-video record is kept for five years as required by § 406.108.
How do I pay?
Cash, pre-printed business check, Venmo, Cash App, and debit card carry no fee. Debit surcharges are not permitted in Texas.
